We have tested and reviewed just about every major holster available for the Glock 19. From kydex holsters to leather holsters, hybrids, and everything in between.
We are a bit biased because we primarily prefer carrying appendix(at the front of you) but have included our favorite options for all carry positions.
To summarize, we’ve listed our favorites in the table below based on retention, comfort, and carry position but there is more in depth information available later on in the article.

LAS Concealment Ronin 3.0 Review – Best Holster with Spare Mag Carrier
The quality of this holster is top notch, and is our favorite appendix carry holster. The retention is incredible and adjustable of course, has a very audible click and tactile feel to it.
The clips are great with belts and with sweatpants/shorts. Most holsters we’ve tested didn’t work very well when it came to sweatpants since the holster wouldn’t stay clipped to the pants and would end up coming out when trying to draw. That’s not the case with any LAS Concealment product which is why we vouch so heavily for them.
Pros
- Removable mag carrier
- Slimmest holster on the market(comfortable)
- Bungee cord design makes the holster flex with your movement
- Adjustable retention and ride height
- Left handed holster options
- Optic cut to fit just about all optics
- Light bearing options
Cons
- Being a high end holster, it’s a bit on the expensive side
The ronin holster can be purchased starting at $114, and in case you were wondering yes the mag carrier is included in that price, they do however give you the option to purchase an extra one on top of that.
LAS Concealment Saya Review – Best Holster for Any Position
As you can tell we are definitely into LAS Concealment. The products are high quality and meet every standard we have for a holster.
Primarily an appendix holster, the Saya is a great option if you’re not looking for the spare mag carrier, and to save some money considering they start at $69($84 for the 2.0 version).
Just because the Saya is cheaper doesn’t mean it lacks in quality or anything. Still one of the most buttery smooth draws out of any holster we’ve tested, and we’ve tested a lot(won’t name names).
Pros
- Slimmest holster on the market(comfortable)
- Adjustable retention and ride height
- Left handed holster options
- Any carry position(IWB, OWB, etc)
- Optic cut to fit just about all optics
- Light bearing options
- Lighter weight than the Ronin
- Smaller package than the Ronin
Cons
- No mag carrier
The Saya 2.0 starts at $84 and the Saya starts at $69. There’s not much of a difference but for $15 might as well go with the 2.0 so you can get the dual belt clips rather than the one wide clip.
Concealment Express – Best Budget Holster
Although not as smooth and mechanically thought out as the LAS Holsters, in terms of bang for your buck Concealment Express definitely takes the cake. It’s definitely not as comfortable, and isn’t as tactile in response as the LAS holsters are considering they’re made with precision, but for the money you can’t complain.
They come in at $42, so in my personal opinion I’d just shell out the extra $27 to get a Saya, but if you’re looking for a more economic option don’t skip over the Concealment Express Holsters.
Pros
- Cheaper price
- Any carry position
- Left handed options
Cons
- Bulkier build so it digs into your stomach
- Not as precise when it comes to build quality
- Heavier
These are our best picks for glock holsters in 2021. If it makes economic sense to you, we’d definitely recommend you take a look at the Ronin.
Considering you can take the mag carrier off and carry it like a Saya or a concealment express holster, but also have that option when you feel necessary, definitely puts it over the top.
