Rather than just presenting your product to your customers, why don’t you have a nice well written personalized note to that regular customer. This may seem like an insignificant thing to do but research has shown that it increases sales.

This is touching a part of the customers that makes them feel secure and cared for. They would say “That’s very thoughtful of you” That alone can increase sales since you have a happy client. That’s what you need – A happy customer.

Many Business people do not care about the customers but love their money, when you learn to celebrate and appreciate the customer, you have won the customer’s heart. You have to understand that people love the feeling of being appreciated and celebrated, so they will always go to where they are celebrated and if you make your business about them you will see them at your doorsteps lining to buy your products.

Appreciate the customer, you win his heart and when you win his heart you win his hand, paying for your services or products wouldn’t be hard for them.

You are selling to humans and not robots, humans have emotions, emotions which you can entice to make them decide. Sayyaf M.
