Ashwin’s first property was bought at a purchase price of $370,000. The property yielded total growth of 35.14% or $130,000 since its purchase. As of April 2023, the property is at a whopping $500,000 valuation, with a hefty 101.33% return on capital invested.

His second property was purchased at $332,000, which grew to an impressive $351,000 as of November 2022. Four months after the purchase, the property achieved a 5.72% growth or $19,000, with a return on capital investment of 26.95%.
