Everything You Need to Know About Degenerate Trash Pandas by Benjamin

Since their inception, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have proven time and time again that they can transform the gaming industry. The rise of NFTs heralds a new and exciting era in which gamers take on increasingly important roles in the gaming economy and are rewarded accordingly. Presently, developers and gamers are progressively leveraging blockchain to revolutionize the gaming experience, among them, Degenerate Trash Pandas.

Degenerate Trash Pandas (DTP) are a group of 20,000 3D funky-looking scavenger pandas whose sole purpose in life is to scavenge in the blockchain world. The hugely successful NFT project was founded by Benjamin Vong Wong and had a close tie with DTP, as anyone who has a Degen Ape can also get their own scavenging panda.

Trash with Frens is a unique game on Solana, created for Trash Pandas and Degen Ape owners. The PANDA coin is introduced as a means of exchange within the game. Apes and Pandas will be able to hunt for treasures by collecting map tiles and the PANDA token itself in subsequent mini-games.

Holders can then use their PANDA token to discover and gather more tiles. Tiles will also contain explorable buildings with higher-value treasures that will require a good mix of Apes and Pandas to take and exploit but beware of adversaries lurking within.

The Degenerate Trash Pandas holders will also be able to combine tiles from various wallets for more effective scavenging and to explore buildings that span numerous tiles together. These map tiles will be fully customizable and generated from a creator UI where interested builders can create and sell their own map NFTs.

Founded by a guru in the space, Degen Trash Panda stands out its system in the collection’s bidding process. Called the Fair Launch Protocol, or FLP, it enables participants to reduce the cost of each Trash Panda to 0.1 SOL, which made the scavenger Pandas accessible to more bidders. This is a significant addition aside from its impressive 3D artistry.

For every unlisted Ape Degen, holders will receive one Candy Machine Token, which they may then use to get a Trash Panda. What’s fantastic about owning these two NFT critters is that they can share their utility benefits, meaning their owners get even more benefits. Owners can also simultaneously earn both the Ape’s and Trash Panda’s unique prizes, which can add up to significant benefits.
